differently from other packages, ovirt-hosted-engine-ha requires:
./autogen.sh --system
instead of
./autogen.sh

before the usual configure, make dist, rpmbuild -ta *.gz sequence.
running it without --system doesn't set correctly the prefix and you end with files in /usr/local instead of /usr.
Personally I would prefer to avoid the need of the --system option.
