[ovirt-users] Spam Windows agent stand alone installer

I created a stand alone installer for windows 2008 all is well until I try to run the installer. I get the following error 

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe for more detail" 

The vent log says the exact same thing as the error above
