But the links to the repo rpm don't work:


        Add the official oVirt repository for Fedora. 
        
        sudo yum localinstall http://ovirt.org/releases/ovirt-release-fedora.noarch.rpm

I can only see
http://resources.ovirt.org/releases/ovirt-release.noarch.rpm
