Upgrade to 3.4.1 RC should be supported from >= 3.3.2.
The repository for 3.4.1 RC has been created here: http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.4-rc/

For CentOS / RHEL:

    [ovirt-3.4-rc]
    name=Latest oVirt 3.4 RC
    baseurl=http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.4-rc/rpm/el6

For Fedora:

For some weird reason 3.4.1 RC install instruction have been written in http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.4.0_release_notes
instead of http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.4.1_release_notes.

I'll try to fix the online documentation according to the introduced changes today.
