it sounds like the host network is not configured correctly,
when you go to the host in the webadmin, select the network subtab
you should see there the host nic and the network it is attached to, i assume it will be blank,
where the vm nic is assigned to the cluster network, ovirtmgmt (as it should..)

try to use setup networks (in that host' network subtab) to fix that (i think its just drag and drop the network on the nic)
