If gluster service is enabled on the cluster, you don't need to import 
the bricks. The engine will detect volumes and bricks if they exist  and 
update the database.

If this is not happening, could you check the engine and vdsm logs - 
there may be some errors which prevent the sync of volumes and bricks.
