[ovirt-users] Stuck installing Neutron Appliance

The 'Network Provider' left tab should appear also on "Install Host" dialog.
So if you move the host to 'Maintenance' mode and click on the "Install"
button, the dialog
should have the 'Network Provider' left tab.
