Looks like a specific issue on Safari indeed.
Can you try it with Chrome?

* Is the spice-xpi (SPICE browser plugin) package installed?
* Try changing to VNC graphics protocol (on VM dialog -> Console tab)
  to see if it mitigates the issue.
* Can you please attach the engine.log.
