Is there any chance that this line was truncated?  sleep_millisecs
should have a value after the colon.

So xmlrpc stopped for some reason (probably due to an exception that
was not logged.  Unfortunately I don't have enough information to
diagnose further.  If you restart vdsmd and mom-vdsm do things appear
to work normally?
