[ovirt-users] Can't migrate/remove VM

Found the bug I'm hitting:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1145636

Workaround is to put host in maintenance mode and uncheck the JSON checkbox
change under advanced settings for the node.
