[ovirt-users] change root password on hosts

Host should work fine in your engine as it is communicating via VDSM with engine.
Re-deployment (reinstall) of host in engine will ask for credentials, but will be 
also available via SSH key fingerprint (no need for new root password).
SSH fencing [1] is using the same fingerprint so it should work as well.
