Open Source Developers' Conference 2015

https://2015.osdc.com.au/cfp/

The Open Source Developers' Conference is a not-for-profit
conference covering all aspects of Open Source Technology, from
software and systems to open data. While OSDC was born in Melbourne
11 years ago, it has become an open source product in its own right,
seeing it forked in countries including Malaysia, France and Taiwan.
The Australian OSDC 2015 will be hosted for the first time in
Tasmania, from October 27-29 at the Wrest Point Convention Centre in
Hobart.

Call For Papers is now open! If you would like to present your topic
at this year's OSDC (October 27-29 in Hobart), please Sign up, log
in and:

    Create a Speaker Profile
    Create a Presentation Proposal

You can submit as many presentations as you wish, and come back to
edit your presentations at any time, so why not get started today?

Speakers attend the conference for free; travel and accommodation is
still your own gig, although we may be able to make arrangements in
some special cases.

We welcome first-time speakers; this is a fun conference with a
great community. We'd love to hear what you have to say about open
source, whether it's software, hardware, data, education or
government.

The call for papers will be open until 5th July, 2015.

Session Types

Standard talk - because if you are unable make your point in
about half an hour, extra time won't help!

Extended talk - if you have something really special to present
that doesn't fit into a regular slot. For instance, a topic that
includes a complex or interactive demonstration component.

Tutorial (two hours) - We have a number of slots available for
in-depth tutorials and workshops. Hands-on activities that
involve all attendees are encouraged. Please provide details of
any special requirements when you make your submission.
