[ovirt-users] Crate brick button gray out.

umount the disk and fill it with zeros using dd command if you do not 
have any data in the disk and click on the sync button. you should see 
the disk with out the lock symbol.

  Add a new disk and click on the sync button so that you can see the 
newly added disk with out lock symbol.

  Otherwise, create another parition inside the existing disk and click 
on sync button. you should be able to see the device with out lock.
