retrying from master, as the problem solution should have been merged.
But it seems the package for the appliance is not available now...

[root at ovc71 ~]# yum install ovirt-engine-appliance
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, langpacks

No package ovirt-engine-appliance available.
Error: Nothing to do

Any alternative manually downloading the ova file or other strategy?
