Hi Greg, 

thanks for your response. In between I was able to get into it. 
Situation is as follows:

- Move button is grayed out during VM start (3 green arrows up)
As I have a refresh interval of 60 secondes, it can stay gray for a
long time.

- Disks can be migrated with or without snapshots. 

- For the different dialogue behaviour I opened bug
