Getting below error while restoring ovirt,

[root at cstlb1 ovirtrestore]# engine-backup --mode=restore --file=ovirtbackup
--log=ovirtlog
Preparing to restore:
- Unpacking file 'ovirtbackup'
Restoring:
- Files
FATAL: Can't connect to database 'engine'. Please see
'/usr/bin/engine-backup --help'.
[root at cstlb1 ovirtrestore]#
