The end of it looked like this:

1. Many months ago, either there was some problem (e.g. dwhd could not
connect to engine db, or not see updates there, or whatever) or simply
there was no new data (engine was down, or simply nothing changed (is
this possible?)).
2. Then things became ok for several months (or at least, nothing
caused dwhd to say otherwise)
3. Then dwhd was restarted, perhaps for an upgrade, and still no new errors.
