I know that the RDP is better for wan uses, so how I can use RDP with ovirt instend of spice

Spice is certainly not a simple protocol, and while not as good as RDP on WAN, it can run pretty well - provided you have the QXL drivers installed on the guest.

Out of curiosity,  did you try to use spice?
I assume your VM is running windows OS, based on the mentioning of RDP?

I would like to connect with rdp to my vm , but I didn't found how I can enable this option, it's allways in gray
