[ovirt-users] leasing of vms

Hi,

permissions are accessible using REST API (endpoint api/vms/{vmId}/permissions) so it can be scripted in time based manner.

Regarding quotas for VMs, there are CPU profiles [1]. @Roy, can you please provide details?
