What's the hardware? In the installer fail screen, could you please 
press F2 go to shell and grab/see the logs in /var/log/ ?

You can also test the last available image from jenkins:
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-node_ovirt-3.6_create-iso-el7_merged/
