Sounds like a similar root cause of
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1346887
Should be already fixed on latest build. Can you please try to upgrade to
latest?
Or, try using the Edit disk dialog under 'VMs => Disks' instead (could be a
specific issue with the 'Instance images' flow).
