Forgot to mention versions:

optimizer is Centos 7 ovirt-optimizer-jboss-0.9.1-2.el7.centos.noarch
engine is Centos 6 ovirt-engine-3.6.6.2-1.el6.noarch, 
ovirt-optimizer-ui-0.9.1-2.el6.noarch
