The 4.0 repos [1] contain all the 4.0 packages that were released so far.
So if you want 4.0.2 _engine_, you can simply:

yum install ovirt-engine-4.0.2.7

This will still pull in the latest available packages that do not require
exactly 4.0.2.7, such as the iso and image uploaders, host-deploy, otopi,
the setup packages, etc.

If you want the exact entire set of packages that were released when 4.0.2
was released, this is harder. You can check the files under releases/
and milestones/ in the releng-tools git/gerrit repo [2].

May I ask, why do you need exactly 4.0.2? Several important bugs were fixed
in 4.0.3. It's recommended to always install latest released version.
