[ovirt-users]New oVirt plugin for The Foreman

Hi, for those of you using Foreman with oVirt: Please note that starting with Foreman 3.16 you have to install a new oVirt plugin. The plugin will be available from both the official Foreman DNF/DEB repositories, as well as from rubygems.org.
