[ovirt-users] High Database Load after updating to oVirt 4.0.4

After 4.0.4 Update we have a very high database load during startup of VMs
So high that the api calls getting timeouts

I attached the output of
select * from pg_stat_activity


is there a way to downgrade to 4.0.3?
