You can install versionlock with:
yum install yum-versionlock

Then please add what you need to keep at 4.0.2.6 under
/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/versionlock.list

Something like:
ovirt-engine-4.0.2.6-1.el7.centos.noarch
ovirt-engine-restapi-4.0.2.6-1.el7.centos.noarch
ovirt-engine-dbscripts-4.0.2.6-1.el7.centos.noarch
ovirt-engine-tools-backup-4.0.2.6-1.el7.centos.noarch
