I'm sorry for that. The packages has been built and tagged for release:

We are experiencing issues with ppc64le releases on CentOS, in the
meanwhile, please add the following repo as workaround:
https://cbs.centos.org/repos/opstools7-fluentd-012-release/ppc64le/os/
