Thanks for your answer Sandro, 

I will try and use the workaround repo you gave me on a test environment to validate everything is now fine.
Just one comment : Maybe I'm missing something, but as the rubygem-fluent-plugin-viaq_data_model is a "noarch" package, the problem should not be only for ppc64le centos, but for all supported platforms (and so also for x86_64 platform)...
