[ovirt-users] high availability

Hi, all
        I have an ovirt 4.0 environment with two hosts and a hosted engine. The engine vm was running on host 1 and another vm was running on host2. Then I unpluged the power of host 2. The another vm should be supposed to restart on host 1 because of ha feature. But it couldn't. It stayed unknown status all the time. And the host 2 stayed non responsive status.

        Did I understand ha correctly? Anyon can help? Thanks!
