[ovirt-users] Additional user in ovirt-node-ng 4.x

Hi,

You can add users as you would on a regular centos host, and they should be
preserved after upgrades AFAIK.
You'd probably get some "nodectl" warnings (nodectl must run as root) when
you log in, but that shouldn't be a problem.
