[ovirt-users] Power management / fencing with Intel AMT

Does anyone have power management with Intel's Management Engine / AMT working with oVirt 4.22?  I've found that there is a fence_amt agent, but it's not part of RHEL/CentOS 7.

I've not had any luck finding details on how to get fence_amt on my oVirt CentOS 7 hosts.
