you may have hit this bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1542117

it could affect all VMs started with Engine <= 4.1 and later imported in
4.2, or Hosted Engine.

If your VM was first created under oVirt 4.2, please file a new bug.
