Good point. I suppose we could use a private bureaucrat email list or
alias, but I agree with your concept - there is already a group tracked
internal to MediaWiki for this, why not just use those group details?

Let's use this for the moment since we don't have the site notification
(which was maybe removed?!?). When we moved to OpenShift, we can either
patch our version and carry the patch until upstream has it, or wait
with this compromise until upstream has the patch.

Looking at the message, it doesn't seem to include anything private, so
we're OK for now:
