I have IIUIC installed the latest version of ovirt-imageio:
$ sudo dnf list installed ovirt-imageio\*

So it looks like vdsm-cli (already installed) has dependency on older
version of vdsm-client, preventing vdsm-client from update.

Could you download the vdsm packages and install them manually, to see
which package is missing? Could it be ovirt-imageio?
