Hmmm, that would suggest, that 'vdsm-tool' command is not found on the
host. There was no work done around 'vdsm-tool's 'vdsm-id' recently.

its obviously not related to the patch but there is something that

From what I can see in the current failed job, you are correct and
host-1 and engine does not even try to deploy host-1.
i can see host-1 is getting error 127 in lago for ntpd and I can
see network manager errors in the host messages log
