I checked my data center compatibility version is 3.1. However, it is
interesting that the compatibility version of the cluster in the data
center is 3.2 Does the data center allow a higher version cluster?
Clusters can have higher versions than the DC itself.
Actually in order to upgrade the DC level you first need to upgrade all
the clusters in the DC.
For storage live migration we require DC level 3.2 which implies that
all cluster in that DC are also 3.2.
I
will try to upgrade the data center version and try the migration again.
