it is a known issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1315100 (ugly stack
trace but not dangerous by itself)
caused by underlying libvirt issue: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1306333
which seems to be hard to reproduce consistently and no one have found a good reproducer
so far...
So, if you have faced this issue and know how did you get to it, please comment to the
bug.
Important thing to note would be if this is a real hw or lago/virtual host, and whether
there is a history of adding/removing of a device on that host while running.
