one suggestion regarding the ui,
we can reuse the key-value widget we did in Custom Properties Sheet
(http://www.ovirt.org/wiki/Features/CustomPropertiesSheet) instead of the text box ([vcpu
- dropdown][value - textbox][+][-]).
just need to know the number of vcpus (keys in that case).

Currently the VDSM has a CPU pinning hook.
We'd like to add better support of it into the engine itself.
