[ovirt-devel] vdsm network tests fail on centos 9

Hi Ales, vdsm network tests started to fail on centos 9 with Error: executable file `/usr/sbin/init` not found in $PATH see [1]. Any idea what's wrong? Could be related to recent container changes [2]? (however, CI has passed for this change, so probably not?)
