Hi Yuko,
It is reporting that the entity has a duplicate entry and unable to perform
the action due to that duplication.
For example, if you use REST api to create an affinity group , by passing a
VM id under <vms> more than once :
...
<vms>
<vm id="1b0a1ceb-525c-4a12-afee-907c99fac106" />
<vm id="1b0a1ceb-525c-4a12-afee-907c99fac106" />
</vms>
...
you will get an error due to that duplication (same goes for hosts).
