Sure, 5 times, and by two different people.
Is the engine at this stage trying a ssh connection or is it a
xml-rpc
connection to vdsm which does then a pam auth?
ssh is done with 'root' user here.
did you manage to add other hosts?
if still doesn't work, you can change the log level of
org.ovirt.engine.core.utils.hostinstall to DEBUG
