I wonder why it is not just copying it to /tmp/<tmpfilename> - I'm sure
it's related to the fact it uses the username as well (and I doubt that
directory exists on the engine!)
I think it's partially my fault - it was an overkill ask I did once (from
Ondra) to make sure the filename is unique. We don't do it anywhere else -
we just copy it to (for example) /root/<something> and done with it - which
should be OK on a clean Engine host.
If I can get o-s-t running, I'll send a patch changing it to something sane.
