Issue is that since qemu-kvm-tools has been removed in recent qemu-kvm we dropped it as requirement in 4.2 so it's not included anymore in oVirt Node 4.2.

- Is oVirt Node 4.2 supposed to be backward compatible with oVirt Engine 4.1?
Definite yes.
If so, we need to change ovirt-host-deploy in the upcoming 4.1.7 release in order to not fail when adding a 4.2 node.
