now that 3.4.0 GA'd, yes (I'm trying to avoid more than two open versions, it gets things pushed out too far without review. note: once we are closer to end of 3.5, we will need to assess if we are ready to "4.0", or still need a 3.6 to finish cleaning/readying our APIs for 4.0.
