The answer is yes, though I do not see any other option, if I'm not mistaken.

We will be probably moving to Stream a bit more. We did it already, but since there was
very little interest it’s not entirely working across automation, CI, release processes.
It does depend on all the dependencies we consume so don’t expect it to happen in a month,
it’s probably going to take a while
To that note, there is also a possibility of oVirt on RHEL which some tried(or even use).
It was not very helpful yet because again the dependencies are not really part of the OS
and they are not being published in a way that we can consume them. But if this ever
changes, it would be a good option for stable underlying OS and up-to-date oVirt….
We don’t really have capacity to run 3 different platforms, would you still want oVirt to
support CentOS Stream if it means “less support” for regular CentOS?
There are some concerns about Stream being a bit less stable, do you share those
concerns?
