The majority of low level functionality is provided by qemu-2.1 and libvirt-1.2.8 which are both hitting the virt-preview repo now (or are already there). There are still some outstanding bugs (1041569, and 1102881) and these should appear in the next releases of qemu and libvirt (first week of Sept I'm told). The above two bugs should only impact block storage domains.
