[ovirt-devel] [ACTION REQUIRED] ovirt-engine-4.0.0 branch has been created

In order to rebuild the hopefully last ovirt-engine for 4.0.0 GA a new branch has been created for allowing to cherry-pick the only approved blocker fixes.
