thanks for checking. I want to use Ceph/RBD exclusively without any kind of other shared storage in the cluster, except NFS or iSCSI for uploading, and then moving over images to Ceph. I did a screencapture[^1] of all steps required to get the error I'm referring to. Though this is only one of the errors I'm experiencing.

Tried to reproduce it (see attached screen) after running and powering off the VM, But I didn't get any errors or failed operations.
