Did the host was already on this env and you changed the host itself? In any case it for me it failed to execute "ssh-copy-id" therefore the engine can't run the ansible on the destination host. Try doing it manually (if the host already was in on the engine the problem can be "Invalid fingerprint"). You can try doing to manually with ovirt-engine key or if you have another host you can copy it to the host destination at ~/.ssh/authorized_keys Just append the key "ssh-rsa... ovirt-engine" and try again.
