http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-3.5-pre/rpm/el7/ is quite empty, I'm afraid.
The problem actually occurs when getting mom from http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-master-snapshot/rpm/el7/
Since epel 7 has http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/beta/7/x86_64/mom-0.4.1-1.el7.noarch.rp... you can enable it instead
